By using Speakary: The 4-Minute Journal ("the App," or "we"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
The App is free to download and includes optional in-app subscriptions. Users may choose between a $5.99/month plan or a $24.99/year plan. The yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial before billing begins. All subscriptions are billed through Apple’s in-app purchase system and automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Users can manage or cancel subscriptions in their Apple ID account settings.
Subscription management (renewals, cancellations) is handled through your Apple ID settings. All purchases and refunds are processed by Apple. If you need a refund, visit: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/.
Users must sign in using Sign in with Apple for authentication and security. We reserve the right to terminate accounts in cases of abusive or inappropriate behavior.
You retain full ownership of your voice recordings and profile information. This content is securely stored and only accessible to the authenticated user. The App does not review or access the content of your recordings.
Anonymous app usage data (e.g., screen views or session durations) may be collected for analytics purposes, but this does not include your recordings or personal information. You may delete your data at any time.
All visual and technical assets of the App, including design, code, and logos, are the intellectual property of the developer. Users are prohibited from reusing, redistributing, or modifying any part of the App without prior written consent.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
